Constitutional Support

The ICD Institute for Constitutional Development assists countries, parliaments, presidential or ministerial departments and courts but also parties, oppositions, civil society groups, international donors or individuals in revising constitutions and their design.

The assistance is mainly rendered by Wolfgang Babeck or Albrecht Weber themselves, who have over the years been involved in many different projects in various cultural settings.

The assistance stretches from simple amendments of one single clause to the organisational set-up of a country (Institutions), over Fundamental Rights to Constitutional Principles, which often contain often the more general clauses in a constitution, but also covers elections.

The Work is conducted in English, French, Spanish or Russian.
